1. Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the conditions outlined below.
2. Eligibility for a Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories attached.
- Not be a personalized or custom-made item, as these are generally non-returnable unless defective.
- Not be listed as a final sale or non-returnable item at the time of purchase.
- Have the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Send an email to [email protected] with your order number and a clear explanation of why you wish to return the item. Please include photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
- Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to send back your item. Please do not send your item back without an RMA number.
- Package Your Item: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, including all original contents. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship Your Item: Send your return to the address provided with your RMA instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Shipping Returns
- Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- If your return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs. Please hold onto your shipping receipt for reimbursement.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Rejection: If your return does not meet the eligibility criteria, it may be rejected, and the item will be sent back to you at your expense, or a partial refund may be issued based on the condition of the item.
Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us at [email protected] to arrange an exchange.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damage or the incorrect item. We will work quickly to resolve the issue, either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
